Challenge: The partners at Carpaccio Restaurant understood the importantance of having a web presence to advertise their highly appealing atmosphere and pleasant environment. They wanted a solution which allowed for them to administer their own site which includes making changes on pricing, and content.

Solution: A complete content management system with the ability to change wine/menu list.

Benefits: Carpaccio does not have to call anyone when they need to change content or menu/wine items. This site is completely self sustaining and was designed to avoid future maintenance costs. Will ultimately save them money.

Solution: Met with individual end users to capture the complete requirements. Converted an inventory system from ASP to ASP.NET. It was a complete redesign of the original release both in an architectural and process standpoint.

Challenge: Due to the rapid increase of employees, upper management gave every team at 724 a mandate to begin tracking employee hours. The primary goal was to determine hours spent on every project, customer, and internal work.

Solution: An in-house solution for tracking employee hours. Management was able to report on time spent on Projects, Processes, and Overhead costs.

Challenge: A high volume service department needed some process put into place in order to successfully provide quality and timely service to other teams.

Solution: Using Rational Clearquest, created a complete "Help Desk Ticketing System" with a built in state workflow engine to properly tag and track jobs in their process lifecycle.

Benefits: : Since process was established, services are successfully completed in an organized manner. Tasks can be prioritized accordingly without employees losing valuable time trying to organize their day's work.

Challenge: Project management software originally developed in Visual Basic. Employees on the road can only access through Terminal Server.

Solution: Converted VB solution to a .NET solution. Complete Access 97 to SQL Server 2000 upgrade to handle for increased load. This also included normalization and writing stored procedures.

Benefits: Anytime and anywhere access through Web client. Increased efficiency and cost effective. Overall increase in application speed.
